ClearLede is an independent publication that explains Korean economic, market, and real estate news in plain English.

It is published by Henal Communications, a web and media studio based in South Korea. Our team has hands-on experience in Korean real estate research, including on-site property inspections and practical guides to Korean property tax, as well as building websites for Korean public-sector clients.

We work from primary Korean-language sources, including government data, central bank releases, and company filings, and link to them in every article. We use AI tools to help with research and translation, but every article is reviewed and edited by a person before publication.
